I'm Jonathan Roper. My sewer and drain company did over half a million in revenue in its first year. This was achieved by setting a big goal. I thought 100k in revenue would be fantastic in the first year, but I instead set a 10X goal of 1 million dollars. We fell short of that goal but far exceeded original smaller target, so we were much better off. Which is the whole point of a 10X goal.
